Stay order

my grandpa gifted land to my mother, my uncle illegally took possession on that land and in district court they got judgement favour of them.

i am going to appeal in high court,

my question is

1. whether gift deed can be cancelled

2. how to get stay order for that property and appeal in high court

but i have seen that

It cant be cancelled unless you prove that its been done through fraud and coercion
