My wife is staying seperately at her parent place from one year. She has made false allegations on me and my family through email and relatives. She does not agree for MCD. I had sent legal notice for mcd. But no reply from 2 months.
now should I file divorce petition on the basis of cruelty or wait for her to take action and in future start new life with someone (live in)? Plz advice
