Stilt parking area rights

We have purchase first floor.

In registry it is written that - Entire First Floor of the above said property without its roof right with common rights of entrance, passage and staircase with proportionate share in the land thereunder measuring : 83 SQ or say 69.4 SQ mtrs.
 
Pls advise...
1.     The builder has already contracted one shop in stilt parking are and sold third party and Now builder wants to construct one more shop in stilt parking area . wht are our rights for stilt parking area and what             action we can take ????
 
2. Now forcefully builder parked his car in stilt parking area in main entrance and we are not able to park our car. Police is not taking any action against him.

you may either approach District Consumer Redressal Forum  or civil court for relief of your grievances and seek injunction for sale of stilt parking. Builder has to provide stilt parking to every flat owner. it is a facility  and can not be denied by builder irrespective of fact that in regards to use of stilt parking no words has been mentioned  in sale deed.
