Stop payment of the chaque which got bounce twice due to in

Respected Lawers

My client issued me a cheque and got bounced due to fun in sufficient. But third time the cheque got bounce due to stop payment.

I want to ask can the Bank accept stop payment request for the cheque that got bounce twice due to fund in sufficient.

What are the provision in law

Cheque dishonoured due to reason of " funds insufficient " and " stop payment " both. grounds attracts sec 138 of N.I.Act, initiate proceedings under the Act.

THE AMOUNT IS 75341.00 ONLY. I WANT TO TO ASK WHAT IS THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF BANK ONCE THE CHEQUE GOT BOUNCED DUE TO FUND INSUFFICIENT AND SAME CHEQUE AFTER THREE TIME RETURN GOT A REASON STOP PAYMENT. CAN A BANK ACCEPT REQUEST LIKE THIS . AND IF THE PARTY IS FRAUD CAN A BANK SUPRESS KYC (KNOW YOUR CLIENT) DETAIL OF HIS CLIENT.
