Dear Sir, Madam,
My case is going on Tambaram court. My wife try to transfer the case to Kumbakonam. How do i stop the transfer? It is NULL and VOID case.
She filed the transfer application in Chennai high court and keep appearing in the court without advocate. Judge also keep giving final counter date every month.
What is the process of Transfer?
