In my HMA Petition for Maintanence, My Lawyer wrote in WS that Wife has taken back all her stridhan.
Then wife filed Sec 27 of HMA, I am willing to give her left stridhan, but lawyer is now saying that we cannot say that as we will get stuck if we make any changes in WS.
Wife has now also filed Section 406 with 498a. Another lawyer told me that:- In Section 406, Police will put you in Jail and beat you like anything if they get your judicial custody.
Also note that Wife has given highly speculated list and also given fake bills for the same. Today or Tomorrow the bills will prove to be fake in court. Suggest me a way out as I am not in a position to fulfill wife's MCD demand of Rs 1 Crore. She is not negotiating also.
