Stridhan gold claim

A Stridhan recovery case was filed on me. The girl side is claiming that they gave us 100 soverigns of gold. They are saying they did not have any bills, or any proof at all. All this gold is coming to them from ancestoral and hence no proofs. So is court will accept it. The real fact is that it is all false. They are saying we forcibly took it from the girl.

So without bills, or any other proof simply saying the gold is from ancestoral is it valid in court? Even they are not saying any proof that from ancestoral they are having for that also no proof.

I think no proof means no gold ever existed. Only thing that they can do is produce photographs of your marriage to show existence of gold that too can be rebutted that she took all along when she left me :-)

Here what happened is that as they hide some facts before marriage and they are aware of that they took all care of not leaving any gold with us. The marriage lasted only 3 days as after 3 days we came to know about them. So now they filed 498A on us which we won the case. Now for this false stridhan case they are simply saying 100 sov.. gold given, no proof at all except they are trying to bring some of their relatives and trying to say in court that they have seen giving the gold.

Actually they gave me a gold chain, ring, silver articles which we said clearly we will return them to them, but they are saying they have given 100 sovereigns of gold to girl which we took it.

For proof above story they are saying. Regarding marriage photos they can show what the issue as during marriage any girl will be decorated with so much gold even they don't have that much gold also.

So my conecrn here is how can they simply say that is ancestoral gold.
