dear sir,
I had signed a service bond with a company 1 year ago. there was a one year probation period, and after successful completion of that you were being confirmed. now when i have been confirmed, i got to know that this company just tortures its employees on the name of bond money. the bond is of 125000, for a period of 4 years, which is not affordable for me. also there is nothing to grow in the company. i am pretty much depressed, and want to quit the company. they say they will take legal actions. what is the solution for that. i cant afford a lawyer. plz help.
