A second year student who went to appear for his exam, visited the college for his hall ticket. The college staff invested time and checked the complete details and papers of the student if any payment was pending, as some amount was pending, he was asked to make the payment. After making the payment, staff requested for the student's photo so that hall ticket can be issued. After all the due process hall ticket was issued, and was asked to appear for the exam
when visited the exam hall, the student was asked to get the stamp from the college office which was far away from the exam centre. The student requested the principal to sign the hall ticket and allow to sit for the exam but he did not sign, whereas many other students were allowed to sit in d exam hall with principal's signature. When the student returned to the exam hall after taking the stamp, he was told that his attendance is marked absent so he cannot appear for his paper. Now, when all the process was followed by the student, hall ticket was collected by him and also had onfirmed if anything was pending, the management said nothing is pending n can appear for the exam, but, due to the fault of the management, that I can see was intentional, he couldn't appear for the exam.
Now how and what actions can be taken legally?
