Sublease agreement

A lessee can sub lease the property only if the authority to sub lease is given in the original lease deed. If authority is given there then it will same like the lease, only reference of that lease will be given in sub-lease document and copy of orginal lease will be enclosed with that sub lease documents.

I agree with Mr. Yadav, Sub lease is only possible if the Original Lease Deed has provision of sublease. Further, sublease is subject to terms and conditions of Original Lease and it cant supersede Original Lease.
