Succesion to original landlord

Respected Experts

A landlord had inducted a tenant in the suit premises about a year ago. Now the landlord has expired during the subsistence of the tenancy. He has no class I heirs remaining. His class II heirs include four bbrothers and three sisters. Can any of them choose to file an eviction petition against the tenant? If yes then under which provision of law is this laid down?

Citations would be helpful.A simple answer would also be welcome

Thanks
