1.Succession as a legal document is sufficient for property right anywhere in India.
For Land, House, Banks, Invetments etc. as can be in single or in multistates.
2. Banks/Investments have jurisdiction area.
3. Ancestral property in a state, decesed propert in b state.
is succession is sufficient for all??
