1. there are class 1- 5 legal heir of deceased.4 heirs are understanding but 1 will create problem in application process. neither claim her share nor leave her share.To reduce time on suit can we keep her share in court as FD and get Succession Certificate for annexed property in Succession Certificate??
2. Once the Succession Certificate for Annexed property is issued by court. and later if any other property of deceased comes in to picture then do we have to file new application along with new court fees?? or same application can be amended in same court fees??
