Hi,
My client lost his wife to cancer. While she was alive my client and his wife lived together in the flat gifted to her by her father. The flat is presently in the name of my client's late wife. My client has no issues. His in-laws have also passed away. My client's wife has a sister who is now claiming the flat saying that the flat has been her father's property. Can the flat be transferred to his name or will his wife's sister also have a right in that flat.
