This query is regarding succession of a property.
1) The owner of the flat-property has expired recently. he did not leave any will.
2) His father and mother had already expired and he was a divorce without any issue. Now the only blood relation that is remaning is his married sister who is also the nominee for that flat.
3) The Co-operative housing society has transfered the share certificate in sisters/nominee's name with trustee rights.
So can you please assist in the different ways through which she can get ownership rights of the flat.
