Hello, I have question on the succession Property right for a married daughter in a family with two sisters and one adopted brother with living father.
What property rights does a married daughter have on her father's property and on the ancestoral property with two married sisters and one adopted married brother in the family?
If there is a will made on the adopted brother can she legally fight for her share on the property?
What if the adoption is not legally done, can she fight now for property share from her father or can she also fight after the adoption is legally made by her father with her brothers natural father?
