this side is khalid.i have joined a company with the bond. they said that u cant left before 6 month then u have to served before the 1 month notice period, but when i had joined the company and found that ....the company has no long future and the work is undecided, no employee future, bad behaviour of owner, uncomfortable felling, they were given 45 days later salary, and i was very disappointed with this company and after joined 1 week i had suffering from dengue and abdomen infaction. unfortunatly my health is very very bad suddenly i had behosh then i am admited hospital now i am not be able to join the office and given to resign that company i have already given resign.
but now the campnay given me mail ki...u dont have served the 1 month notice period and we will taking legal action etc they would bond charge occur 2 lakh.
plz sir give me advise what should i do
