Dear Sir,
i bought i plot 1400sq ft in an unapproved layout in dec 2020. which is in tamilnadu, tirupur dist, kangeyam taluk, kadaiyur village.
i dont know the reason for not getting approved by developer.
what should i do before starting construction in that plot.
