Suggestion required

hello there once again

when a cheque is presented to the bank for payment, what should be the primary examination of that cheque from banks' side ?

01. signature match of the account holder.

02. receiver's name, cheque issuing date and amount to be remitted shall be in same hand writing and or with same ink as in the signature of account holder.

If such a cheque is presented to the bank for payment where above two things are different, after getting information from bank that such a cheque is presented, can account holder raise any objection to that cheque? is there any rbi guideline which says that if such a cheque (where signature and other components are in different hand writing) is presented to the bank for payment, can be challenged ?

is there any other way by which it can be challenged that such a cheque  is a matter of alteration of cheque, with out consent of account holder ?

kindly guide, there have been many cases in this place where without informing account holder, such a cheque is presented to the bank for 10 lakhs, 20 lakhs etc (for huge amount)..
