Dear Experts,
Wife filed maintenace case with false allegations and mentioned that, she is begging to survive.But as a matter of fact, she is working with an MNC.
I filed my counter with all the proofs and the case is pending.
My question here is, She is changing her advocates, very often. Of course she has the right to do that. But as she mentioned in the allegations, she is begging. A begging person, can not be having the capacity to often change their advocates, by considering the fact no advocate will come and do for free.
On this point, is there any scope for me to use it in my cross or any other counter attacks?
Please suggest.
