Divorce case on cruelty ground put by me, slowly progressing, < 1yr old. She has frustrated herself with weapons like (false) 498a complaint, DV-act. Nothing useful came out for her in both so far. Now she is desperate for reconciliation, for which I am not ready at all.
In one of her false cases, she claims that I am still residing with her. Although she has to prove the claim, but due to extreme frustration about her dark life ahead, she has started threatening for committing SUICIDE. She is impulsive & may commit too if surrounded by negative thoughts some day.
A lot of rulings are there to prevent somebody to be held responsible for abetment, but it is also a common feature that police harasses the in-laws to the maximum extent. Although I have mentioned about such threats in a few court documents, what more precautions me & my family can take??
Needless to mention that if she takes such a drastic step anytime, she will surely mention 5-6 names from my side in her note!
