Suing wife for child abuse

Can wife be sued for not letting husband to meet his kids. This is a severe form of child abuse. Its the childs right to be with the father. Absence of one parent can lead to many forms of personality disorders, and other troubles with the child. International orgs have conducted various studies on this.

If the child is in the custody of the mother, file a custody case along with application for visitation rights buttersing all your arguments.

Maybe im being a little ambitious here, but apart from custody do we have any other law to sue wife for abusing the kid by separating kid from father.

If the wife has the custody of the child, only court orders can allow you to meet the child...you cannot do anything else...
