my grandfather ( mothers father) received property by virtue of registration of occupancy right vide endorsement issued by the special commissioner for abolition of Inams. income from this property he has invested and bought other properties. he is no more and my uncles claim he has left a will. since the first property he has received via Inams, can my mother have share in all the properties, even though he has left a will ( as claimed by my uncles)
