File the suit in civil court....

It should be like supppose u have done transaction from hyderabad to kurnool by internet banking or direct money deposit or other money ..

you can file suit in hyderabad or kurnool...

there are mulitpl types of suit and you have to choose the one which suits for you.....

contact a civil lawyer and file in civil court (court of small causes or city civil court)

you need to take a Pay order or DD in favor of The Registrar,City civil court, cityname

Good Luck

You can file civil suit directly before the "High Court of Judicature at MADRAS" if the suit falls within the pecuniary and teritorial jurisdiction of the Madras High Court.
