Is it possible to amend the plaint once the leave to defend has been granted, especially in view of the fact that once the leave is granted, the suit u/o 37 converts into an ordinary suit.

amending of plaint has different footing than that of granting leave to defend both are seperate and distintive
offcourse you can amend the plaint

you can amend the plaint at any stage of case.... with geniune reason... and cause of action...
