Hi, My Self Ghanshyam Yadav. we are 3 brothers & 1 sister. my father is senior person he can't work at that time. we have shared house property. But my big brother not care him.
My father has got some land from my Grandfather.After that he has earned some additional land in his carrier which is almost 5 times than he received from my grandfather . We are three brothers and one sister. My father is saying that he will give his property to only two brothers.
As in general the property available should be devided into atleast into 3 equally.
