Summons

Hello Mm coirt ordered to serve summons through mea under mlat . I have changed my addrsess overseas What if the summons when sent by indian high comm via register go back as I have changed address or if the other person at the address says I don't live there . What to write on the envelope and return ...addresee not found or person has moved or any other message which is approprite to say summons not received by me. Lastly what if the person now on that address takes it unknowinglly and signs for it. He is a foreigner and me a desi ! Thank you .

@raj 123 But when summons are unclaimed it is deemed as served .there are judgements regarding the same. Mine is a dv case. She cannot file crpc 125 as she is claiming maintainance in dv as well. She has not gone for divorce as yet . Even for expartee only when the respondent does not come forward on receiving summons then it goes expartee but if summons not served then expartee is not possible. Correct me if I am wrong
