In respect of FIR filed by unscruplous wife of my brother under section 498A, We have received summons under section 68. Summons only ask us to be present on given date. two of us have anticipatory bail and two (aged parents) have notice bail.
What are we required to do on date on presenting at court? Do we apply for regular bail on that date itself or ask for time to arrange it? Summons does not mention anything in this respect.
