Hi Sir,
I am planning to buy a lot. The lond over has 1 acers of land. But the registration process is little different and I am not aware of this process.
- First owner registes 150 sq yrds of land in 1 acre of land mentioning that, i will own 150 sq yrds in 1 acre with boundaries of the 1 acre.
- Once they get the LP numbers, they are going to register a Supplementary registration with the exact plot number allotted, with reference to the first document.
Is this a legal / Valid process and how can we track the process. If legal, please suggest the check points to be taken care.
