Suppression of previous employment

I was unemployed till filling of attestation form.However, just few days after result,I got a govt job. In the mean time,an email came from my new employer asking current job and bond.I thought the current job means the job as per attestation form and hence replied in negative.The excel sheet in email had no place to sign.I have resigned from that job and taken this job.Would I be terminated on this basis?
