Supreme court - filing criminal appeal online

Hello Experts:

My very elderly parents quash petition was dismissed in AP High court. They would like to move to Supreme Court but unfortunately due to our extremely bad financial condition, we are unable to afford a SC lawyer.

We learnt that the appeal can be filed online and in party in person. However, we tried doing that and are facing some issues regarding how to fill the forms and what information to supply. Is there anyone here who could guide us thru the online filing process? We are located in Hyderabad and can meet you in person.

sir, i don't think it is possible to file criminal appeal online. tax appeal can be filed online but not criminal appeal, atleast not in india.

No U can't that provision hs not been made for any court in India.

E filing of criminal or civil cases,petitiions,appeals and revisions can be made only in the High Courts of Delhi,Bombay,Madras and Calcutta and in the Supreme Court as well.Lot of procedure has to followed for e filing.Visit the Court registery of UR State High Court and U may get the process of filing.
