Supreme court ruling of ownership/possession of vacant patta

Please give the detailed Supreme Court of India ruling on ownership and possession of a duly registered vacant patta land. In a case of trespass, can a defendant claim ownership by virtue of illegal trespass and illegal construction carried out with the help of bogus documents?? Whether a genuine land owner with all duly registered documents/payment receipts of land taxes etc will be affected due to such a illegal trespass and occupation or constructions taken by the land grabbers?? What is the remedy available to the affected, genuine land owners who have every thing to prove their title and ownership and abides by the law??? Has the Supreme Court of India given any special rulings in such cases to save the genuine land owners and also prevent such acts of land grabbing???????????? please assist me as I am the affected person.
