Dear Sirs,
Is it legal to buy a property where the seller has a registered GPA? This question is in view of the Supreme Court ruling dated October 2011 saying that the all such registration will be held null & void? Please help. Thanks

A registered GPA can sell the property to the prospective buyer. The supreme court has not banned to any such legal transaction. You should first know the rulings by the supreme court in this regard that there was no restriction by the GPA selling the property to a buyer.
Take a legal opinion from a local advocate before venturing into the purchase.
