From Where I have to buy and what is procedure for it?

I want to it's soft copy is this possible, if yes then it is available in market or download from any site?

Pl give me guidance for it.

Various softwares (online as well as offline) are there in market ranging from 5,000 to 35,000.

You can search google for details.

Also free search is available at indiankanoon website and judis.nic.in website.

I am using Manupatra (online) and AIR (offline) both are ok in their terms.

Each software has their own features.
