My brother is applying for US H1b visa .The company has asked him to sign a bond of 10 lakh rupees.along with surety.My brother's health is not good these days .If in future he got H1b visa and was unable to join company because of health reason ,then can the company sue him and surety for 10 lakh rupees? please give me advice what to do
