Survey number division

I am planning to purchase a plot in CMDA layout in Chennai, and my plot’s area is 2400 SQFT, which has three survey numbers in it, let’s say 10/1, 10/2, 12/2. In the same three survey numbers, there are 10 more plot are available and ready for sale.

So totally, there are 11 Plots with three survey numbers.

When the promoters sell each plot to 11 different individual, then how the each purchaser gets the survey number for his/her respective plot?

The lands in those survey numbers are adjacent to each land.  and generally the promoters purchase adjacent lands and devlope the lands as site.  Then that site situates in those survey numbers with unspecified and undevided.  so the promoters sell the sites with undevided and unspecified site incluing plith area.   it is in general.  this is an information only
