our property ( agriculture land 1 acre) sy no. say 1 belongs to other who is our neighbor and his land sy no say 2 is ours. we both dont know. recently we came to know that. in our land sy no 1 have well and in his sy no. 2 dont have any well. Now he accupied our property and got injuction order from court.
we forming since from 20 years. on this base can we get any relief against him over the property. can he farm on the land based on this injuction order.. what it says exactly to thaer party.. how to we proceed in leagal...
please help me out
