If I withdraw my divorce petition and take back my wife after fighting 5-6 year in court. What are the pre-caution I have to take care to live peaceful life. I mean what type of compromise deed i get sign from her and to place on record. Or any other term I should dictate.
is it advisible socially?

I concur with Shonee Sir, its purely your call.
BTW, what precautions you yourself can think of after indirectly bolstering somebody's stand by giving up either due to time or due to economic reasons or any thing else? When a relations reaches to court and rest there for 5-6 years, where is the emotion left? Again its not an emotional outburst but it requires considerable dispassionate thinking about your requirement from the life ahead and the cost you are ready to pay. (again subjective)
