I wanted to ask what action can we take if neighbour is trying to take part of my land in his plot plan despite the area of plot being clearly stated in the property deeds papers?
The neighbour is trying to follow the old deed where there was no partition, however htat is no longer valid as new property deed is made which outlines the boundaries for the properties as wella s the total area.
What course of action can we take if the neighbour is still tryin gto take over land that is decalred mine in the property plan?
You advise will be much appreciated.
