Dear Legal Team,
I had paid Rs.1500 to get 11E sketch (revenue sketch) from taluk office. It's been almost 6 months now, still now I have not received the said sketch. In his reply to RTI application tahsildar cited reasons for delay that Kharab details in the RTC do not match with Akar Band. So they are not able to give 11E sketch.
Now my question is can I take the concerned Tahsildar to consumer court for delay, since they are the one who have to correct the RTC with Akar Band. Pls advice on this.
