No, Not valid unless wife consents

if you belongs to muslim community ,muslim personnel law allows this type of talak .

If the wife consents?? Please explain in detail... As seen from other forum's oral divorce is valid then how should the woman go about. to prove that she has been divorced. And how should the husband prove that he has given the divorce.

I have a husband who wants to do it on stamp paper and wife is ready to accept it. To avoid the local masjid , qazi and court. Will a talaq nama on stamp paper be valid enough document to prove that the relation is over and wife to remarry?

There is always a dispute about a Muslim Talaaq when the girl disputes the same.

Talaaq is valid when the husband pronounces it, but attains finality with the Meher being accepted by the wife.
