I need your advice on below.
I've bought a small plot near Pune in Pirangut town. I did registration of the sale deed in January 2015. The plot is NA plot in a gated community with proper plotting done. In spite of all legalities. Pirangut talathi has been delaying the ferfaar entries. Effectively, on 7/12 records still the name of former plot owner appears. Initially, Talathi gave reasons like modernisation of systems to make online records as cause of delay. Now, he's saying there is some government GR which restricts him. But, he is not giving number or copy of that GR. To go through formal approach, I sent a registred AD letter asking the cause of delay. Talathi refused to accept the letter from postman.
How can I deal with him? I'm open to paid advice as well.
It has been over 8 months this guy is delaying my legal right. I want this entry to be made as early as possible, as I want to start construction of my house.
