Hi,
I recently got married in chennai and registered the marriage under TamilNadu Hindu Marriage Act Rule 1967. Recently read an article that all the marriages in tamilnadu to be registered under TamilNadu Marriage Act 2009. Do i need to register again under this act or does the current registration holds good. Will there be any impact during my spouse visa?

once register your marriage than it will easy processing because you allready register, no issue on that.
