Taped converation after provocation

Hello experts,

Are the taped audio conversations after provocation admissible as evidence in court? My father-in-law deliberately provoked me on few occassions and then recorded my conversations in the past. The reason that I am asking "under provocation" is because the words spoken under provocation may not be always true.

Your expert advice is required here,

ITS FOR THE COURT TO DECIDE THAT....!!  you will have to prove that you were provoked.. !! if they have many-many recordings, it would simply prove, you get agressive / angery on small issues and behave unruly and unrespectful which would obviously go totally against you.

this is a query without full facts.

anyway these are your words?

are the words going against you?

Thanks to you for your valuable piece of advice.

@rising up again: It is evident in most of the recordings that they are trying to provoke me to say something. Thanks for the advice

@Sudhir ji:  Yes, the words are mine while they provoked me/irritated me which has clearly come in the recording. The words are going against me,
