My friend has taken loan from TCHFL. He applied for 50 lak loan, they said, we will approve for 35 lak, and give topup of 15 laks. They made agreement and released part payments, but after 32lak, they are saying complete the construction, then we will release final 10% loan. But to complete the construction, my friend needs 18 laks.
Now work is stopped, even they are paying the emi correctly. From past 9 months, bank is not giving money, hence construction is stopped.
They cannot go to other banks because huge emi is going and house under construction. What should we do, please advice. Thanks in advance.
