Greetings
I am a recruitment consultant, i have one client which had not paid my service chargers of FY 2012-13 & also FY 2013-14, but had given me TDS Certificates regarding the same, for which i had paid service tax
Now they are denying to pay me my amount, can i recover my amount as TDS is dedcuted from their end and they are legally enforcable pay me
