I am working as a Postal Assistant (under central govt.) since 23rd March 2015.Now I got selected in OCS-2015 exam and want to quit the previous job.I have also obtained NOC for OCS 2015 which is a state govt service.So I want to know whether I am eligible for tendering technical resignation and lien benefits? If yes then what are the benefits and if no then what steps should I follow?
