Ask telephony company via RTI to get call records of telephonic conversation of lovely wife.

Such recorded messages by you should be unaltered, could be placed before court, but...

Opposite party ie the lovely wife would want to verify with telephony company about the recordings autheticity.

Yes this proofs can be used in legal proceeding without any issues.

Would RTI cover such personal info?

I have several clear call recordings but unfortunatily I am not able to obtain call details from service provider as the number is deactivated now.

So without call details support, will those call recordings be useful?
