we have a house which belongs to temple charity its like staying for rent and my dad left his mother to stay there with his younger brother's family ..the property is in my dad's name for rent and he died 4 years back and 2 months back my grandma too died ..now ny dad's younger brother is not leaving us to own the house they r telling we dont have rights is it so ? and another one is my dad have signed a beam that they could take up the property..this is a temple charitable property will a beam work out or its not worth ..and we hav rights or not ?
