The tenant problem in tamilnadu the tenant is a lawyer not paying the rent for 6 monts & also for utilities bill like water & electricity. there is no paper agreement. rent is only 2500/- rs per month. Tenant puts injuntion in court & he got injunction but the land lords lawyer is not efficient & now getting back & asking to go for another lawyer.
